Red Kites?

My blip today was a picture of two Red KItes, wheeling overhead in Woking. However the photos I took are unrecognisable so will have to be content with yet another plant. Not a very good picture either of a plant I know as "Lithospermum diffusum 'Heavenly Blue' but now renamed as Lithodora diffusa.
