Back in the day

I am sure this old gas station that we saw today near Tryon, North Carolina was a big business for the people living in this country town.   I admire the owners for keeping it looking so great!   I always have the camera ready for drive by shooting!

I do love to travel on two lane roads off the interstate..you never know what you might find.   A second photo in the extras was just a little ways further down the road from this old building and it was right at the side of the road.  Luckily, no one was behind us so we stopped the car so I could get a photo out the window!
