Derelict Sunday .....

It has been a while since I have done a photograph for Derelict Sunday, but when we came upon a very derelict barn and outbuilding I just had to participate. 

The funny thing is we have driven by this site probably hundreds of times and have never stopped.  But today on our way back from Jacobsburg State Park I asked R to stop.  I had never noticed the trail that leads back to the buildings before today.  And I guess I was feeling a little adventurous. 

This derelict padlock was on one of the buildings.  The ironic thing is the back side of the building that held this padlock was all caved in!  So I don't think the lock is keeping anyone out!
