The only one

This is the only photo I took yesterday, oh the shame :D

It's the empty stock pot after pot roasting a chicken using those new oxo stock pots as I got sent some to try (I'm a bzz agent I get free things in exchange for honest reviews). Diner was very very yummy.

This morning I went for a run - intervals set to 3 minutes run, 1 minute walk and I survived yay. This afternoon I went for another run with a lady from work, she has signed up to do the Nottingham 10k and hasn't really run in a long time so I found a couch to 10k in 8 weeks plan and took her out for her first training run, she did really well.

What I didn't do all weekend was the ironing ..... I have no idea what I'm going to wear for work
