Pastry-less Quiche

This is a recipe I adapted from one of my recent dairy free cookery book purchases. It's a vegetarian recipe of mushroom & courgette but I adapted it as I do love a bit of bacon in a quiche!

Didn't turn out too bad but I might add some sheep's cheese next time :)
