Art and courage

I've been trying to build up the courage to draw again and I've finally managed it. I used to draw and paint all the time when I was younger but it has dropped out of my life. 

I was always preoccupied with being 'no good' or at least nowhere near as good as a professional. Which is, of course, both obvious and irrelevant. 

So here it is, my re-entry into art. Not because I expect to be any good straight away or to impress anyone. Creation is good for my soul, that's surely  a good enough reason to do anything.
