Mereside Swan ...

A really beautiful day in Shrewsbury, did the paper round with K, then home to watch World Superbikes while doing some ironing.

After a lovely lunch I went with M to his football match, a 2-1 home defeat to Market Drayton.

Prior to the game I was photographing three beautiful swans near the Mereside Pool, a gentleman who has been looking after the swans on a voluntary basis told me this swan is over 25 years old :-)

Later we met up with Nick & Cal at Chrisyllian, it was good to see Nick up on a short visit from London :-)
