St Mark's Park.

Too warm for my big coat. 

On my way home I saw an 'altercation'. A man crossing a pedestrian crossing with a kid in a push-chair stopped to explain to a man in a car that using his mobile phone whilst driving is illegal for a reason. 

He was polite, tactful, firm and right. 

The wnaker in the car ignored him manfully, but I think he got the point.
