In my head

Feels like today has been a very long day.
I have been feeling pretty ill.

But I did get a couple of wonderful catch up phone calls that made me laugh, cry and smile!

I have just pottered round the house today. Not felt like doing much. I went for a walk to try and ease pain a little though! It was a beautiful day!

Just seem to have been in my head today! This pooh quote seemed apt! But talking helped :) I am terrible at putting into words what is going on in my head but I try to!
Better getting it out than keeping it in!

Finished my day watching mamma Mia and catching up with Frances :)
