Pineapple Fruit Cake

Made from a recipe sent as a photo by sister-in-law Wendy, I made this cake earlier today. Ingredients combined in a large saucepan, then transferred to a cake pan for the oven. Nice and moist, with crushed pineapple and mixed dried fruit in it.
