Composition No 1925 - Stonehaven Chipper

Its not often I admire a chip shop.
As an ex Glaswegian I despise the oily and nasty Central Scotland Mars Bar Supper image and the Deep Fried Pizza reality of my home town. No wonder most of my contemporaries have long moved to the grave.
Last night I had the privilege to stand in line for around 30 minutes for a real fish super. No oil, no excess price. Satisfaction.
