Rain man

Long suffering followers of this journal will have realised that when I pay a visit to my mum in Hastings the weather usually takes a turn for the worse - today has been no exception. Following four days of almost unbroken sunshine on the South coast I arrived to grey skies which have steadily become greyer with a little light rain. Fortunately this miniature daffodil was still hanging in there to provide a small spot of colour in the gloom.
