Brazilian Congress

First sign of autumn here: it was a windy morning with clear sky for the first time this year. In the afternoon, I went to a meeting at the Ministry of Agriculture. I left the meeting at 5pm and the driver took me back. In the way back I could take this picture of Brazilian Congress, designed by Niemeyer. People here hate the guys who work there, mainly because they DON'T work and steal our money...
But both the architect and the photographer are not guilty of what happens there...
