Eating out again

Two days finished at the school and taken out tonight to a restaurant by the owner of the Wellington China schools.
One of those smart restaurants where you pick your crab from the aquarium and it gets lifted out and cooked for you. The bonus in China is that the choice is wider. Any one for sea slug? Anyone for one of those bullfrogs hopping around in the tank in the front of this image?
Chicken feet were provided and were as nasty and chewy as I remembered. Takes all sorts.
