dinner

i havent be on latley as my sister has been visiting me and she is a shop aholic lol dut she has now gon home so this is my dinner its called sanfire but we call it sanfer its found in the wash near Kings Lynn and harvest when the tide is at low tide wased and boiled till soft then just pull the green off the storke the add vinigar and bread and butter lovely and its full of iron we only get it for a few weeks a year
