Fav breakfast

This is me getting tomorrow's breakfast ready. I love this dish - so easy and delicious. I've probably had it 3 - 5 days a week for the last year!

In the evening mix ½ c oats with one egg and about 1 TBSP water.  Put in fridge. In the morning mash in one banana.  Put into a small casserole for one type dish and microwave 180 secs at 80% and then 20 secs at 100%.  Top with a TSBP greek yoghurt and a squirt of maple.

For variation add blueberries before cooking or add slivered almonds.  Maybe walnuts?  Keeps you full and regular.
