Indian Cottage Cheese
My second attempt at making paneer, Indian Cottage cheese. This time I used Graham's organic milk and am very pleased with the result - much better than standard semi skimmed. I should be pressing this in a rectangle or square, but rather liked the effect as it came out of the muslin bag.
