Le Mont St Michel

In my mind the sky and sea were blue. Also in my mind, you drove up to the foot of Le Mont and then walked in. None of these were the case. It was warm and grey and all cars now park 2.5 km away. There is a bus (or a horse and cart) but not if you have a dog bigger than a Chihuahua. If it doesn't fit in a handbag you have to walk!

Busy busy busy. Coach loads of Japanese. Still we had a good meal and enjoyed the ambiance. I love how the french allow the pooches into restaurants
