Springfield Primary School Sports Carnival

Our Daughter Sara sent us a text "Jacob was selected to run in two races at the schools Sports Carnival, Granddad & I couldn't miss that.
 There was a time this young man would have shrank into inviability if a teacher told him he was going to run in a race in front of the whole school, today was this day, but in he strode for the line-up of the relay race " on your marks" -get set -GO! Jacob was like a bullet from a gun, i have the video to prove it, its a pity we can't post those on blip.

Sara agonised at the start of the new year wether to change Schools for Jacob, in the end she decided she would do it and she chose to try him in the local Primary School of around 400 students, this has proved a good move, smaller school smaller classes, there is so much fun being taught in this school its proved to be valuable for Jacob's confidence. good move Sara.Very well done Jacob for your team Gold today coming 2nd overall make sis very proud indeed...a good day
