THE EVIL EYE
I spent all morning and most of the afternoon sorting card, paper, and crafting bits and bobs for the playgroup in the village. At last I have found somewhere to donate it so my enthusiasm to reduce my hoarding was without bounds. A bit of space at last, though that won't last long.
As I was clearing up this Sparrowhawk flew onto the garden fence. I didn't think I would have time to get downstairs to my camera, but she stayed there for several minutes allowing me to get some shots through the window. She then flew off in her search for dinner. At least she didn't catch anything on our garden.
The Tawny Owls have been making a heck of a racket in the tree outside my bedroom window for the last few nights. Not that I mind being disturbed by them.
