Things can change very quickly. Should one fixate and drown themselves on the problem or look outside at the glorious expanse of everything?

Not one of the best days for me today, and it's been a while since I've felt this way but thankfully I know how to fix myself out of it.

It was good talking to a friend after work for several pints and created a platform where we could talk about our own challenges. It's a lot easier to handle when it's out in the open instead of simmering inside. It's always good to see things objectively.
