Mont Joly

We were up early to make our flight - but there was still time for one last (wrapped up) coffee on the balcony. Opening the shutters a surprise - overnight the snow had returned - even down to our level - hopefully giving the pistes a good boost just ahead of the Easter holidays for people.

Much as I'm very pleased for both the resort & our friends who are staying at the Husky over Easter - when its cold, dark & snowing it is a little easier to leave....

I grabbed this shot on little camera before it went in the bag - and didn't think much of it - you were very nearly treated to an Easyjet wing over Dover - but when I looked again on the large screen (I've only tweaked the lighting to let you see the hill) I was pleased how a few of the chalets (you'll have to look closely lol) are still visibly yellow in this otherwise mono world.
