No, not me ....! I wish!!

One of my year 8 girls doing her mandarin GCSE this year.

A bit of a gloomy day for me as one of my colleagues -and very good friend- had an interview at a private grammar school today . She not heard how she's got on yet but we are losing more and more outstanding teachers who are fed up with the current work load and conditions!

Today's announcement in the budget is not going to help with the retention of teachers!

Last year 17000 teachers qualified in this country.... 18000 left this country to work as teachers in different countries - where the conditions are better.
