Building Up AHead Of Steam

Busy day. Pilates followed by a trip to see Ken (my Mothers second husband) on his birthday. He suffers with dementia and is in a care home in York.

I was struggling with finding a photo and just caught the last train of the day as it built up steam having left the station.
