All in a days work

This morning we walked to school.

This bridge was as it always was. A concrete bridge nestled over the stream on a pair of RSJs.

This afternoon Health & Safety had been, and it now has railings on either side of it!

Probably not a bad idea (I guess), although it never occurred to me before hand (unlike the bridge in the last Star War film - why do they never have handrails on them?)

The most productive element of my day today, was checking with my medical insurance if I need to do anything for C.
He's got an NHS appointment at the children's hospital coming up, and wanted to know what options I have if he needs anything doing!
