Furry flower

Jon and Luisa brought a lovely bouquet of furry flowers when they came over to dinner on Saturday night. Here I blip one.

I spent my day at work mainly in meetings: about equality at work, and PhD students. Of the two conference papers on which I have been working this week, one was submitted this afternoon, and the other will probably go off tomorrow.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights, stretches and walk to work (12,141 steps). I may try running in the morning...
