Tagine

We did, of course, bring a tagine home from Morocco, and W has been enjoying himself learning how to use it.  We had a fish tagine this evening - his second attempt.  It smelt superb; it was tasty, but a little bland.  I wonder if our spices are a bit old.

But I feel fortunate to have someone who will cook a lovely meal for me to enjoy after a hard day at work.
