Strangers in the forest

Me and the big dog are accustomed to solitude in the forest, which is the principal reason for going there. So I was a bit surprised when we came upon this lot.   To see him take the electric fence with confidence and ease was to watch a thing of grace and beauty, but major panic situation because from my distance I couldn't identify the animals.  Pigs!  No wonder he came straight back when I called - not much of a game playing with pigs, not if one is a big dog.  And maybe the fence wasn't switched on - I know the farmer doesn't bother when moving cattle and using the fence for a temporary barrier, so maybe the pigs, like the cattle, know what it means.
