Let's cook! Finished off week 2 of Blue Apron... Roasted broccoli & fregola sarda salad (w/ hard-boiled eggs & tahini dressing), brown butter gnocchi w/ meyer lemon & brussel sprouts, and baked jerk tofu & smashed plantains (mashed potato texture!) w/ garlic-ginger collard greens...all paired with wines that compliment the flavors. Fun trying new ingredients & cuisine. Love the variety & convenience! #tastesbetterthanitlooks
