Bees in the Red Bud tree

The bees were flying and pollen gathering all over our Red Bud tree today.  The bees just love it at this time of year.

I spent yet another thrilling 9 hours today shelling pecans while watching Netflix.  I had so hoped I would get the pecans all finished today but no such luck.  I'll be out there again tomorrow but the wonderful news is that it will be cooler.  It got to 87ºF/30ºC today.  I was struggling and Neenah slept all day. She would change positions and sometimes even spots, but she just napped the whole time I was out there.  Wish I could have too, but somewhere cooler!
