Saint Albray
The hamlet I live in has its 14 July celebrations on the night of 13 July, so today's cheese was a quick snack of Saint Albray and bread. Nothing wrong with that!
Saint Albray is a new cheese, having been invented in 1976. A soft and creamy cheese - great on fresh bread as a snack.
