Martian Noon

High noon on mars is apparently a time of great celebration among the natives.  These already out-of-this-world-looking plants are made even more so by photographing them in infrared light.  To our eyes, they are deep green, a color that reflects nearly all infrared light, which makes them appear bright white to my infrared-converted camera.
