Summer Salad

Moving on from the breakfast pictures - here is our lunch today!

We had this on holiday and absolutely loved it: rocket and spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, parmesan, mozzarella with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Was amazing! :)
