Dredging the River

Thursday is Market Day in HB and the town was very busy.   The day was warm and sunny and my friend and I even had our lunch out in the open air.   The River Hebden was being dredged - following the floods - and quite a crowd was gathered.   Both men were very busy.   One operating the Digger and the other his Mobile 'Phone.  Whatever did we do before their invention?
