St James Parish Church. Waresley

The original church in this village was destroyed in a storm in 18th century. This is St James' Church built to replace it. I love the simple spire but maybe it is a shame the roof tiles are a different colour.

Waresley is our nearest village neighbour. It has a good pub and a lovely garden centre where I spent an hour today with a friend, tea and a bun!
