What We Did At The Weekend

As well as doing homework for my French lessons I have to be prepared to talk about what I've done recently. I always try and write it a bit beforehand and then do it from memory when I'm actually in class.
This very interesting recap of our visit to Miss A's sheep on Sunday was almost all written without the aid of Google Translate and I was quite pleased with myself.
I was less pleased to discover that I was the only one in the class today!!
Two hours of one-to-one French. Nowhere to hide!!
We did a bit of revision, a few exercises from the book and lots of chatting. My few sentences about the sheep of the parents of the friend of my daughter didn't last too long and then I was on my own!!
I needed a lie down afterwards!
