Small fish in a big ocean

Today all teaching assistants, nursery nurses and 1:1 learning support staff were informed that due to cut backs in this years school budget, they are looking at reorganisation of the support staff. We are invited to a more detailed meeting next Thursday.

Of course, I was aware of all this, hence the reason I have taken temporary leave from the governing body and Mr C, who is chair, will also have nothing to do with the whole process.

The next few months are going to be quite fraught at school and I imagine quite low moral. For me, I have to think about what I want to do....stay or go?? Before Christmas I was incredibly unhappy and really wanted to leave but it all feels slightly different when you may lose your job and my worry would be what could I do.
