A slow burn ...

I set a sourdough starter going yesterday and it's been a long time a-rising. I was getting a bit worried but it finally decided to kick off and now it's sitting snugly in a proving basket. With a bit of luck I'll get it baked tonight and we'll have a decent loaf tomorrow. Either that or it'll make good toast!
