Who's Been Eating My Gooseberry Bush?

I went down the garden to see if the gooseberries were ready for picking and found beasties munching the leaves.

We've had these gooseberry sawfly several times, when they've stripped the branches bare but, oddly, not last year; the fruit is left unscathed. I'll be round with the soapy water spray tomorrow, though.
