Tough Mudder Pledge

The Tough Mudder Pledge as printed on the finishers t-shirts and pledged at the start line. Most challenges award medals, this challenge awards orange headbands. It will be getting pride of place amongst my medals.

Today has been rather painful but we hobbled down to the local for a pint with the team and some mates.
