Texture Exercise

An exercise from a magazine article (Digital Photo) in layer blending modes and applying textures.  I did spend some time after this collecting potential textures & backgrounds, they don't make particularly good blips, so I back-blipped this one to fill the gap!

Getting a decent portrait of Gill, along with one of the places she sings in and one of her pieces of music, all before her birthday ... might be more of a challenge!
