Pussy Willow

No sun or bright skies today, very grey, flat light, not great for photography :-/

Nonetheless after breakfast we decided on a walk along the canal for,exercise purposes, camera came too!

It wasn't warm at all, we shared my gloves as hub left his at home!

There were one or two narrowboats, the odd duck or two, but not much caught my eye, until I spotted this single bud that had burst open......and since its flower Friday, I thought that will do nicely thank you very much :-)

An afternoon of indoor stuff, hub is watching the Cheltenham festival and the T20 cricket, I've been sorting through various images.
Once I've uploaded this image, I need to get on with some household chores.

We did pretty well at the quiz last night, there was an opportunity to win, there were five questions where we had a choice of 2 as an answer and opted for the wrong one......10 points down the pan! Had we opted for the other answers we'd have won :-/ hey ho, it's always enjoyable whatever the outcome.
