What, Me Worry?

We had a pleasant half hour at the big pet store in town. There were many many too cute adoptable scampering kittens to coo over, a very large calm grey poodle was getting a fancy haircut with big fluffy pompoms on his shins, and the reptile area was full of interesting crawlies. This chameleon doesn't exactly have opposable thumbs, but he can grab very nicely and he does seem to have fingers. What he does have without a doubt are opposable eyeballs--each round hooded eye revolves on its own, so he can look up on one side and down on the other, or backward and forward simultaneously! I wonder what that looks like inside his head? are there two different images, or does he sort of photoshop them into a 3D panorama? I spent a little while trying to move my eyes independently of each other just to see what would happen, but what would I do with such an image even if I could manage the physical trick?
