This one's quite interesting. Its a mock up of what would be a reflection if you were looking at a mirror. Instead, you don't need to look at a mirror - you can look in front of you, or behind you and the view - at the time the piece was made - would be the same. Its by French artist Laurence Payot.

Its another piece in Garston - one of the crappiest parts of Liverpool - but which seems to have a remarkable amount of public art around.
