Not my best piece of prose ever, but it's about the best I can come up with right now.

Worked a few hours today + walked the dog (x2) + cleaned several dog beds (to remove the cat urine odours).

Not feeling very good for very much at the moment.

Off to Mass in a wee bit and then an early night with a good book.

Didn't really do the 'sleeping thing' last night. I'm thinking of getting a CD or something with waves; I seem to sleep better near the sea. Not sure if it's the air or the sounds ...
