High Tide

High tide is short and sweet in Cockwood. I've been told by people that they've only ever seen mud in the harbour, they've never seen it with water in it.

My blip was taken at 15.54 which is almost exactly high tide at Exmouth, just over the river to the right of my picture, so from this point the tide will be going out. If you're taking your boat out you'd better get under the railway arch quickly, have a speedy trip out in the river and get yourself back into the harbour again or you'll be stuck out there until 04.18 tomorrow morning.
