I've been reading a book (A Little Life) that has kept me awake over the last few nights; I've lost many hours sleep trying to get it finished, and finally got it done at 12.30am Friday morning. It's incredibly traumatic but really beautiful. Ido have some criticisms, but I haven't felt as effected by a book in a long while.
Work was busy as ever today; the weekend really couldn't come quick enough. I met Laura after work for a Nandos dinner before meeting other friends for the preview of an Andy Warhol show at the gallery. It was a really fun, slightly boozy evening. And this time next week, we'll be on holiday hurray!
