A mountain of sprouts .....

Dry again, and by lunch time the sun made a welcome appearance. Spent the morning carting some of this mountain of brussel sprouts out to the fields with ewes and lambs in.
They are perfectly good sprouts, but they have been rejected by the supermarkets for being too big,so they end up as stock feed at a loss to the grower .
Managed to spread the last 3 bags of fert on a grass field than will be getting sheep in it tomorrow. Will need to chase up the load that was meant to come last week as some other fields in need of some nitrogen soon.
Mrs F and Littlemiss off out to the village cinema night .
