Jelly beans

After a lovely lunch out with my aunt and gran, I spent the rest of the day working on my dissertation. It was a really boring day but I'm finally starting to see proper progress - 4000 words done (over halfway) and still a week left of spring break! I think I'm going to spend the rest of the week working on deadlines so that I can write the rest of my dissertation when I'm back at uni and can see my supervisor often.

I also spent a bit of today trying to convince my parents to let me take my car to uni. Although it is my car, they use it a lot so don't want it away from home. However, in some ways I'm sure it's a good thing. I know that two buses and three train rides to get to the start of a walk is a lot of effort, but it does help me appreciate the whole experience more! They've also said that I can thankfully have it for the whole of July (my month of walking) so it could be worse!
