Fit as a butchers dog!

Jamie & I helped at the local park run today and luckily for them me it wasn't raining so managed to get some photos.

Good turn out as usual for this Saturday morning event and lots of happy runners! (& volunteers!)

Flynn is doing well today and came with us to help out.
